Submitting this form will enroll you in the Email billing service and will eliminate the need to mail you a postcard each month.  All future invoices from Iron River Cable will arrive using the Email address you have specified.  Invoices will be Emailed around the 15th of each month.  You are responsible for checking your Email.  Payment is due by the 5th of each month or a late fee will be applied.  If your Email address changes, you must notify the office.
